Idaho Data Breach Law

Idaho Identity Theft Act (§ 28-51-104 et seq.)

Idaho requires notification within the most expedient time and covers a broad range of personal information including financial account numbers, medical records, and government IDs. Idaho businesses must also notify the Idaho Attorney General if a breach affects more than 500 residents.
